Jimmy Fallon's Tonightmares is on the Rink Level of Rockefeller Center. To arrive, enter the building entrance at 630 5th Ave, between 50th and 51st street and located in Atlas court off of 5th Avenue and directly across the street from St. Patrick's Cathedral. Proceed past Ralph's Coffee Truck and indoors through the revolving doors behind the Atlas statue. Once inside the public lobby, take the escalator down one level followed by an immediate right where you will see the entrance of the experience.

About the experience

What can I expect from the event? Jimmy Fallon’s Tonightmares is a terrifying haunted house walk-through experience with a timed ticket entry. Each walkthrough is intimate and consists of 8-10 guests at a time. This may include other parties depending on the size of your group. The experience has the following effects and activities: strobe effects, loud noises, creature effects, gore, and creepy imagery.
Where is the experience located? Jimmy Fallon's Tonightmares is on the Rink Level of Rockefeller Center. To arrive, enter the building entrance at 630 5th Ave, between 50th and 51st street and located in Atlas court off of 5th Avenue and directly across the street from St. Patrick's Cathedral. Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue? This experience is held indoors.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase? Not directly at the experience, but there are restaurants located in the vicinity.

How long does the experience last? Approximately 10 minutes once inside the maze experience.
Will there be additional sessions? Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there Virtual Reality? This experience does not have virtual reality.
Is there a dress code? Halloween costumes, masks and face paint are prohibited. Guests wearing costumes will be turned away. Closed toed shoes are recommended for your safety. Sandals, flip flops and high heels are highly discouraged. Any large backpacks, luggage, shopping bags or promotional items will not be permitted.
Will there be interaction with the performers? Please do not touch the performers. They will not touch you. If you do not follow this guideline, you will be removed from the experience with no refund.

About tickets

Where can I get tickets? In the Fever App, available on Google Play and the Apple Store On the Fever website
Can I purchase tickets at the door? Tickets will not be sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person? Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket? No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App. You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do? You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. One of our agents will respond to your request as soon as possible, informing you of the next steps to follow.

No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&C.
What happens if I arrive late? Please arrive no later than your designated check-in time. If you arrive late, we may not be able to accommodate you due to capacity limits or other event conditions. We handle late arrivals on a case-by-case basis. Please be aware there are no refunds for late arrivals.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session? Yes, please arrive at your timed entry slot per your ticket and window selected at purchase to ensure your entrance into the experience.
Are service dogs allowed? Service animals are permitted into our event. Guests with service animals should see an attendant for further assistance in making an informed decision about their animal’s safe admission.
Is the venue accessible? Yes, the venue is ADA compliant.
What are the prohibited items at the experience & is there security?

Please note the following restrictions:

  • All bags, backpacks and packages will be x-rayed and/or inspected prior to entering the maze.

  • We recommend you leave unnecessary articles and valuables at home

  • The following items are not permitted: any type of explosive or weapon, alcoholic beverages, marijuana, illegal drugs, clothing likely to create a danger or disturbance, clothing that may create a false impression of employment by NBCUniversal or as emergency personnel, segways (unless utilized as an ADA mobility device), hoverboards and drones.

  • Cameras are permitted, but other photography equipment including tripods, monopods or lighting equipment are not permitted.

  • Please do not bring food or beverages into the maze.

  • Pens, markers, sharpies and gum are not permitted.

All audience members are expected to comply with all security procedures. Please be aware that all audience members will go through a metal detector and bag search prior to entering the experience venue. If we deem you under the influence of drugs or alcohol, a threat, or otherwise unfit you will not be permitted inside. Ticket holders & guests must abide by all NBCU and Rockefeller Center security policies and procedures, including going through a metal detector and bag search. NBCU and Rockefeller Center security reserves the right to deny admission to any ticket holder at any time for any reason.
Will there be strobe lights? This event will include strobe lights.
Will restrooms be available on site? This venue has public restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience? Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers or performers. Lighting equipment is not permitted, nor is flash photography. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found? There is no Lost & Found. We do not hold personal items and are not responsible for any items that are lost or misplaced in the experience.
Is there an age requirement? This event may be too intense for young children and is not recommended for children under the age of 13. Please remember, costumes or costume masks are not allowed.
Will there be an audio guide? Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
Is a coat check available? Unfortunately, this venue has no coat check.
